Hailey really likes to inspect the grill to make sure it is safe for us! She can be a little bit of a “health” inspector.
When you think about how strong dogs’ sense of smell is, it’s a wonder any dog could resist the smell of a freshly used grill! 🙂
Now GRILL inspector sounds like a PERFECT job to US. Does it pay well?
She’s a very thorough hunter. No doubt a skill she learned while on her own. I love that girl! And her older brother, Sampson!!
Mine do the same thing, they have to get all the grissle that drips down.

I love it. Whenever we have cooked on the grill, as soon as we sit down to supper, at least one of the dogs has to go outside to inspect the grill and surrounding area!

LOL when I was a kid we used to have a kitty who would lick the grate one my parents set it aside to cool. Required a lot of grate washing, but maybe not as much as without “help”.
