You make me smile, the funny, sweet, loving things my dogs do on a daily basis, that brings a smile to my face or a laugh to my lips.
Sampson, the way you absolutely adore your auntie and rush to greet her…..
You make me smile.
Here’s the story. Yesterday as we were coming back from our walk my sister pulled up next to us. Sampson absolutely adores her, and he stood on his hind legs to look inside her car. She quickly said, “I’ll pull over.”
But I said, “We’re almost home, just pull in the driveway.”
Well she pulled into the yard and he watched her the whole time, straining at the end of the leash to get to her. She got out of her car and he about lost his mind.
So I unclipped him and let him go.
He tore up the street, like he’d never had surgery on his leg.
My big regret is I didn’t capture it on video.
Your turn, what do your babies do to make you smile?

Love is stronger than surgery.
We agree love conquers all.
Have a serene easy Sunday.
Best wishes Molly
We do have our favorite people. I wonder what Aunty does to make her so special to him?
When Lee’s favourite people come over, she is the same.
Yay for Sampson running up the street!
When we have company at the house, after she has greeted them enthusiastically Cricket will usually run to find a ball and then set it in front of them….she thinks everyone that comes over the house has come to play ball with her.
Aw, what a sweet boy he is!! You’ll always have that memory in your heart and mind, though, Jodi. How’s he doing this morning after that sprint? Any noticeable discomfort?
THAT story made US smile.
No matter if I’m gone 5 minutes or 5 hours I still get a hero’s welcome when I come home. Even my sick Mariah barks up a storm when I come home as well.
Woohoo! Sampson!! So sweet!
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Sounds like a lovely way to be welcomed, bless him!
What a happy boy and he loves his auntie. She must bring great treats.
It is wonderful to read how well Sampson is doing!
