You make me smile – the funny, sweet, loving things my dogs do on a daily basis that brings a smile to my face or a laugh to my lips.
Sampson, the way you greet EVERY person you see on our walks, as if they are your long lost friends…..you make me smile.
That you made it ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BLOCK on yesterday’s walk….makes me very happy!
Your turn, what funny, loving, sweet things do your pets do to make you smile or laugh?

Oh, what a sweet boy!! Kobi used to be like that too, and he would be very hurt if someone didn’t want to see him!

So good to hear Sampson is making wonderful progress! i love that he enjoys his walks and the icing on the cake is being petted. Such wonderful creatures.
Our first golden, taught me to love those sweet sugar faces and therefore appreciatw my own”sugar face”! She would go to our front sidewalk and look both ways for a pair of hands to come and pet her. It was kind of bittersweet, because usually there was no on coming. Of course, she always got extra love when no new hands were around.
There are so many things that our sweet Gus does, but the most endearing is the way he plays ball. He is our only dog that has dropped the ball in front of me to throw again. All of our other dog, we had to wrestle the ball from them. He knows I don’t see well. I don”t have any peripheral vision, so sometimes I can’t find the ball when he drops it in front of me. He watches and if he sees that I am having a hard time finding the ball, he will run back to me, get the ball, and steady it in front of me until I see where it is! He never gets irritated with me, no matter how often he has to come back and help me. Isn’t that amazing. Such a good boy.

So glad to hear that Sampson is making such great progress! That is a reason to smile! My Barley dog makes me smile for so many different reasons, but one is the fact that her tail NEVER stops wagging–even in her sleep, she’s wagging. When she’s awake, she gets a big goofy grin on her face and just wags that tail, and she gets everyone in class laughing because she’s just so darn silly 🙂

Wohoo go Sampson!
Sophie will butt her head into my legs and try to weave through my legs like a cat in the mornings. She also uses her nose to wake me up which makes me laugh and thats the best way to start the day. Swyatt enjoys everything in life and is always excited. He finds a lemon in our back yard and is endlessly entertained with rolling it and pawing at it. Its too cute and funny.

All the way around the block – that’s fantastic!! Mity also greets everyone and looks so heartbroken when they don’t greet him back!

Dog can be the ultimate friend. I think dog understand security issue better than security guard. And I trust the dogs.
