Today we join our friends 2 Brown Dawgs and Ruckus the Eskie, for This ‘N That Thursday. You know some days it’s a little of this, or a little of that. Many thanks to our hosts.
First I want to say Happy Birthday to my granddaughter who turns 3 today! Woo Hoo Happy Birthday Baby Girl!!
Follow-Up Friday Blog Hop
Just a reminder there is no FUF blog hop tomorrow. I will do a follow-up post over the weekend, but tomorrow I am participating in The Pet Blogger Challenge hosted by Go Pet Friendly and I Still Want More Puppies.
Are you participating? I’m super excited to be participating. The hop is slightly different this year, but I think it will still be fun.
Nosework Class
Delilah and I had our last nose work class on Tuesday night. It had been four weeks since we’d been in class and it really showed with Delilah. Ariane shot some video for us and as soon as I get it uploaded to youtube, I’ll write a post about it. In the meantime, while other dogs are doing a search, Delilah and I will stand on the sidelines and practicing sits, or downs or even touch.
I played with the magic function on my camera and took this photo using “Dramatic,” I think it came out really cool.
And finally this photo is for you Jen. You may remember a couple of months ago Jen had a contest on her blog called own that slobber (or something like that.) Well I took this photo of Delilah on one of our hikes.
Can anyone explain to me HOW she got like this? I haven’t a clue. 🙂
That’s it for me, catch you tomorrow for the Pet Blogger challenge.
Thanks to our hosts, 2 Brown Dawgs and Ruckus the Eskie!

Is that SLOBBER on her face or did she pop her bubble gum?!
Molly The Wally says
Pawsome slobber. I have been known to an Adam Ant many times. Have a tremendous Thursday.
Best wishes Molly

LOL I would say she was drooling and shook her head. Happens here sometimes. 🙂 Love that picture of Delilah at class. I really need to mess with the settings on the camera. I just starting setting some of the light settings manually. Need to branch out.
Thanks so much for supporting TNT. 🙂

Agree with 2 Borwn Dawgs…slobber + running/shaking of the head = slobber all over face! Seen it happen.

That IS a cool picture! As for the slobber, some things are best unknown!
Frankie and Ernie says
Happy Birthday #3 to the GRANDdaughter.
OMD that Slobber… we love that picture!! No clue how you managed it … butt it is GOOD.
Dawn says
Oh goodness, Delilah! Perhaps the slobber came down in strings and when Delilah walked, they swung back and forth with some swinging all the way around the nose. Ick. 🙂
Jen K says
Haha! Wow – that is some slobber! Giving Moses a run for his money with that one!
Roxy the traveling dog says
I think she is wondering how it got like that too.
Jenna,Mark “HuskyCrazed” Drady says
Well I don’t know how it got there, but you are certainly owning that slobber!!!!! Haha!
Can I ask what is the pet bloggers challenge? Curious?

Happy Birthday to your little granddaughter too! How exciting. Thanks for sharing this on This ‘N That Thursday blog hop! I’m debating if I should do that pet blogger challenge too!

Oooooo … Delilah looks all sleek and shiny and beautiful in that first photo. The second one? Not so much. 🙂 She’s a pretty girl all the time, though.
Sand Spring Chesapeakes says
beautiful bold colors on the first picture. great slobber picture. She must of been tracking rabbits and got all worked up!

Major slobber, D. We’ll done. I prefer to let the slime fall onto the floor where it burns off the floor wax and leaves the floor polka dotted and striped. Pretty.
Love and licks,
Cupcake

I hate to say that is a face that I am all too familiar with since Bentley Basset and Tucker the Golden are famous for drooling. It is the drooling-head-shake-snout. It is also the reason I always have a drool rag within reach! LOL : )

I didn’t know Labs slobbered but of course Delilah is very competitive if she hears there is a contest. The contrast of the silvery slobber with her polished mahogany face is quite striking.

That’s an awesome slobber photo! Fozzie gets those sometimes too. Dogs are so ridiculous, but so wonderful.
