One of the big reasons I started this blog was for all the crazy, funny things my dogs do that bring a smile to my face or a laugh to my lips.
Sometimes it’s not easy to write a full blog post about it and sometimes I forget to share.
Some posts will be You Make Me Laugh and others will be You Make Me Smile, but they will all be the silly, sweet, funny things Sampson and Delilah do that help make crazy days just a little bit easier.
Feel free to share what your pet does to make you laugh/smile in the comments.
Bubbers, when you catch the toy and then lay on it, or hold it so I can’t throw it again, you make me laugh.
What does your dog do to let you know they’re done playing?

Well, since I don’t really play much, I don’t have much of an answer but Katie just walks away when she is tired of playing. Bailie is too little, she doesn’t have a clue yet but she does play all the time, just a very short attention span.
We don’t play much too busy hunting. Have a serene Sunday.
Best wishes Molly
“I’m done mom! Time for a break! Or, better yet, you could fill this thing with yummies….!”
When Leah and Medi are done, they tend to find a quiet spot to lay down. Leah lays in the shade, Medi in a sunbeam. (They are my summer and winter dogs.)
Toby does not know how to take a break. I have to tell HIM when it’s time to stop playing!
Cute. Rita just walks away. After about three throws. She’s not much for games!
When Mom makes me fetch too much, I take the ball on the couch and try to hatch it like an egg.
Love and licks,

My dogs dictate play by bringing out a toy and then hiding it when they’ve had enough play.
Haha – Moses does something similar. He’ll fetch a couple times, and then take the frisbee and lay down to chew on it.
LOL silly doggie. But maybe he needs a break. 🙂
When we throw tennis balls and the dogs don’t want to play anymore, they run and hide with the ball and there is no way they are going to give it to us!
Ha ha! Maya & Pierson won’t even bother to go fetch if they are done playing. When they do fetch, they have a tendency to play keep-away. They will bring the toy back if I command it, but keep-away is much more fun, don’t you think?
Hi Jodi! I’ve got a couple questions for you. Can you email me when you get a chance?
