I tried to take the night off, I really did. I told myself I deserved a break. But my fingers betrayed me, they were itching to be at the key board and I’m just so damn addicted to blogging, I can’t stop myself. It looks like you’re stuck with me. 🙂
I got about 6:30 am with the dogs and after the nirvana of coffee and a few quick reads through some blogs, I headed out the door by 8:15 am. I won’t bore you with details, I will just say I finally sat down about 7:30 pm and YES I managed to get almost an hours walk in with Sampson and Delilah.
Why does it seem the busier I am, the more I have to do?
Why can’t I be more like this….?
Tomorrow I have plans to take the dogs on an as yet unexplored trail and then in the afternoon I am volunteering at Our Companions Holiday Wreath sale.
You may have noticed we have a new award on the side-bar. That is from our dear friend Bassas over at Bassasblog. If all goes as planned tomorrow night, my post will be about the new award and the responsibilities that go with it.
In the meantime, go check Bassas out, I think you will enjoy meeting Bassas and learning about her little corner of the world.

Love the pic and ah yes wouldn’t that be nice to have that life 😉
Jodi Stone says
It sure would! Oh to come back as one of our dogs….LOL

Hey Jodi. I agree when you have a very hectic schedule, it seems like you can always manage to do more. On the opposite spectrum, when you are chilling out, you tend to do so little and everything seems like it requires alot of effort! :-)…PS: my dog punchin is always snoozing on the couch like he has worked his ass off all day and earnt it…

Isn’t there a saying? “If you need something done, give it to a busy person.” 🙂
Oh to have a dog’s life, I work with some people who acct just like our dogs. 🙂

We really should take a lesson from our four leggers….like “that’s” ever gonna happen. 🙂
And as the holidays approach, it only gets worse…
Jodi Stone says
Don’t I know it, I looked at the schedule and said, OMD I have next Sunday free…..what will I do? LOL
