OMG if I thought I was going to the Pet Writing Conference and come back knowing exactly what I was going to do, I was totally wrong!!  There is so much out there and so much to know, that I cannot even begin to write about it tonight.  I am exhausted.  I woke up at 2:00 am, left the house at 3:35 and got hom about 8:45 pm.  The good news is, I managed to take train to NYC all by myself and found my way to the conference.

I had meetings set up with three agents; the first agent never showed up and never called.  The second agent outright told me he didn’t do children’s books and the third agent (who was also late due to train/cab accident) was the one who actually gave me some great ideas.
