First I will start by saying I hope you have a happy and blessed New Year! In 2009 I was really looking forward to 2010 because I thought it wasn’t going to be as busy as 2009 (I had 4 major birthdays and 1 wedding) but it ended up being just a busy in a different way. So here I am saying that I am looking forward to 2011 and hoping this is a less busy, less stressful year for me. Enough about me.
Guess what? I am going to take Lloyd’s advice and try to be a little fun and spontaneous, so seeing that it is the long holiday weekend and I was very busy today, I didn’t get to read a lot, but I very quickly read the article that the exiting governor of New Mexico (Mr. Richardson) decided to spend his last day as governor doing nothing, meaning he did not pardon Billy the Kid.
What do you think? I think if he was promised a pardon then he should get the pardon and I really think that somewhere there are documents that indicate whether he was promised a pardon and they should abide by those documents. When you think back to the time period people kept personal diaries and everything was hand written so I’m sure Mr. Wallace MUST have written it somewhere, whether in his personal diary or in a letter to someone. Because if I know human nature and Mr. Wallace tricked Billy, then he bragged about it somewhere.
That’s all I got tonight, have a safe and happy New Year! I’m watching “The Other Guys.”
